Ayurveda defines that imbalance in sugar levels as Madhumeha- the most infuriated stage of Vata dosha. Dia plan tea is a herbal remedy which helps to maintain sugar levels by adjusting the ‘vata’ dosha of the body. This tea is formulated with the help of several herbs like Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graceum), Tulsi (ocimum sanctum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), green tea (camellia sinensis ) and many other herbs. Diaplan tea helps to remove channels to stimulate the flow of vata energy.
Dosage – 1-2 cups of diaplan tea, two times a day.
