1. DIGESTION SUPPORT
Digestion supports includes Pippali (Piper longum), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica), Amlaki (Emblica officianalis), Dhania (Coriandrum sativum), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), and Jeerak (Piper longum) are some of the herbs that might help with digestion. It’s a naturally occurring substance that aids in good digestion.
Dosage: Take one capsule with a glass of warm water twice a day.
2. AGNITUNDI VATI
It is an excellent herbal remedy for weak intestines and gas formation, improves digestion, intestinal movement and secretions, used to relieve intestinal colic, renal colic and all types of abdominal colics, it helps to restore proper digestion. This is purely a herbal formulation containing many aromatic, carminative, digestive herbs which reduces gas formation, indigestion and aids in the natural digestive process. The herbs used are haritaki (Terminali chebula), bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica), marich (Piper nigrum), pippali (Piper longum) etc. agnitundi vati can also be used in nervous disorders.
Dosage: 1-2 tab with lukewarm water.
3. DRAKSHA AVLEH
According to Ayurveda principles, unhealthy digestion upset the balance of all the three doshas in the body. Ayurveda always emphasises on healthy digestion and preventing the Ama formation. It is widely used for intestinal disorders as it helps in intestinal cleansing as well as relieves hyperacidity. It is also useful in the skin disorders mainly of the Pitta origin. It is useful in abdominal tumors, small tumors, weight loss, fever, for improving strength and immunity and various other disorders. It provides relief in pleomorphic adenoma as well.
Dosage: 5-10 grams with warm water or honey.
